Our training is led by Neil who became an instructor in 2008 after 20 years in construction and plant operations DTE was formed in 2019. With over six years of excellence by April 2025. Born on a farm, Neil’s natural affinity for machinery was honed from a young age, and he brings this passion to every course. As an NPORS-accredited Instructor Trainer and Examiner, Neil has supervised on-site operations and taught a wide range of plant machinery skills, from 360 excavators to telescopic handlers.
